Former Parish Councillor, Professor Leonard Leigh, Passes Away

Bloxham Parish Council is saddened to learn that former Parish Councillor and Chairman, Professor Leonard Leigh, has passed away at the age of 89 years old.
Leonard was a hard working Councillor and a lovely gentleman who was well liked by all who knew him.
